HAILEY MAY
Hi I’m Hailey! I have been teaching for over 10 years and I’ve been directing Eminence Dance Company for 5 years! One of my main goals as a director is to help students find their confidence and for each dancer who steps into our studio feel welcomed. My dance training began at the age of 3, I danced all the way until I graduated with my home studio Elite Dance Alliance under the direction of Heather Cashmore and Bonneville High School’s Drill team and Cheer team. After High school I continued my training with Weber State University’s dance team where we were awarded D1 National Hip Hop Champions. Since then I have been training hard with my amazing dance crew Underground Dance Company under the direction of Nick Cordova and Charly Northrup where I have had the opportunity to perform, choreograph, direct, perfect and learn many different styles of dance. Outside of dance I love to cook, spend time with my family, and hike. I’m looking forward to yet another amazing season with my Eminence Family!

KATE NELSON
Hello I’m Kate Nelson! I am a technique and tumbling teacher here at Eminence Dance Company, which is the studio I grew up at and danced at for 15 years! I started under the direction of Misty Robbins at Elite Dance Force and then transitioned with studio throughout the year until I graduated with Elite Dance Alliance under the direction of Heather Cashmore. I am also on the dance team at Weber State University and hold a national title! I also cheered with Weber High School and grew up power tumbling! Teaching dance is my favorite thing in the world and I’m excited for my 2nd year here teaching at Eminence!
Breaking, Whacking, Hip Hop, and Competition Coach
NICK CORDOVA
Hi I’m Nick Cordova! I’ve been training in breaking, whacking, house, contemporary, and many other freestyles for over 10 years. I began my training in Vegas. Then on to studio atmosphere at Dance Crew in Rose Park, Utah and then continued my training with Underground Dance Crew from 2011-2022. On Underground I’ve had tons of opportunities to perform all styles in Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming and California. In 2020 I took ownership of Underground Dance Crew and I’ve had to opportunity to direct and run our own professional dance shows. I’m continuously training and taking classes and I’m excited to get to share with the students and Eminence!

ADALIE NICHOLS
Hi my name is Adalie Nichols! I am a senior at Bonneville High School and I have been dancing since I was four years old. A majority of my dance career was with Elite Dance Alliance and now Eminence Dance Company. I have been teaching for a little over a year and had two years of a teaching internship with elementary education. I love teaching and plan on majoring in education in college.

MEGAN EGBERT
Hello I’m Megan Egbert! I have been dancing for 13 years! I have been with the studio since I started dancing! I started under the direction of Misty Robbins at Elite Dance Force and then transitioned with the studio throughout the year with Elite Dance Alliance under the direction of Heather Cashmore. I have also been on the Weber State Dance team for 3 years and before that I was on the Fremont High School Drill Team for 4 years! My favorite styles of dance are jazz, contemporary, and hip hop! I love to share my love and passion of dancing with my students and help them learn and grow as not only dancers but people too!

JACE CHADWICK
Jace Chadwick: A born and raised Utahn, he's passionate about all movement art. Growing up training at a studio and conservatory for dance and theatre he developed a love for both street and technical styles. Graduating in 2017 he moved to SLC and LA to begin his career as a teacher and performer. He now resides back in SLC professionally dancing with JUNCTION DANCE CO. and teaching across the Wasatch Front. He loves cats, contemporary dance, and the color orange.

ADDY GARCIA
Hi I’m Adalyn Garcia! I have been dancing since I was 3 years old. I switched studios to Eminence Dance company when I was 9 years old, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have had amazing coaches directing me throughout the years. I train mostly in jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop- but I train in many other styles as well. I am also the cheer captain at HighMark Charter School. I have been cheering for my school for the past 4 years. I am looking forward to helping your dancer grow both as a dancer and a person. I am super excited for another great season at Eminence!

My name is Aspen and I have been dancing for 15 years and teaching for 5. My favorite styles are contemporary, pointe, ballroom and hip hop! I am currently on Weber States dance team and I want to help each dancer grow and feel at home when they are in class.

Hi I’m Julia! I’ve been dancing for 11 years. I began my training in ballet for 3 years until I became a competition dancer at Eminence Dance Company. I train ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, breaking, and many other diverse styles. I love working with kids and helping them find a place in dance! I can’t wait to help people grow in the dance world!

CYANN HOLLENBAUGH
Hi, I’m Cyann Hollenbaugh. I have been dancing since I was 4 when I started in ballet at a studio in Japan. As I grew older, I trained in various styles and began competing at Elite Dance Alliance, which later transformed into our studio, Eminence Dance Co. I have trained in Hip-hop, Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Acro, and more recently, Tap. Over the past four years, I have been consistently awarded Overall titles for my solos. I am eagerly looking forward to playing a more significant role in Eminence and helping kids in becoming improved dancers.
